As UK is now in another lockdown, here at craft box we decided to switch to shift work once again. This means that there will be only one person in the office at any given time.
We are still packing and sending orders but please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be shipped.

Here at Craft Box we take the Covid-19 situation very seriously and put a number of measures in place to ensure the safety of our staff and your deliveries. Read below about the measures we have taken and impact of COVID-19 on our business operations.
Safety of staff
From mid-March 2020 we have introduced home working wherever possible and subsequently took a step further to introduce social distancing and shift working in our St Ives office. We are making sure that no more than one person is in the office at any given time.
Safety of deliveries
As most retail businesses we receive a high number of parcels from all over the world. From mid-March we enforced contactless delivery to our office and created a parcel quarantine area for all new parcels. Once parcel is delivered we spray it thoroughly with a certified anti-viral spray and leave it to quarantine.
Any product that you receive in your parcel has been in our office for at least 72h. If you are concerned about anything being contaminated during transit please leave your parcel to "quarantine" for 24h before opening.
Order processing time
We have 1 out of 3 people in the office and experiencing an increase in orders for which we are very, very grateful. Please allow us up to 5 working days to process your order. Some products have a set shipping date (for example, our boxes). These set dates may also be delayed. However, please rest assured that all parcel will be sent. In case of significant delays we will communicate with customers on individual basis.
Post services around the world are affected by staff shortages and increased demand. We ship exclusively with Royal Mail.
Please note that standard delivery times do not apply due to the current situation. Domestic parcels can currently take up to 7 days to be delivered. International parcels can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. Whilst we are more than happy to provide you with the tracking number, please understand that once the parcel is shipped all we can do is wait.
